Stage 3 of BC’s Restart Program Procedures 

Please note that vaccine passports are not required for athletes 21 & younger to participate in classes. See below regarding Birthday Parties.

Athletes & Guardians

  • Doors will open 5 minutes prior to class.
  • Please have athletes line up and remain at least 6 feet apart
  • Upon Entry athletes will be asked if they have been experiencing symptoms related to Covid 19 and have their temperature checked. Athletes under the age of 6 can have a parent help them through the check in process.
  • Athletes will sanitize their hands upon entry, during classes and when exiting the facility.
  • Please park your car so athletes are not put in danger coming to you when picking up and dropping off. Do not park in any stalls labeled 107 as they are reserved.
  • Athletes are to wear their masks when entering and exiting the building. 
  • Masks are not required during training but highly recommended
  • The lobby will remain closed for viewing
  • Parents if you must enter the facility you must be wearing a mask. 


  • Spotting is now allowed with no restrictions
  • Coaches will wear masks at all times
  • Staff are required to answer our daily health and temperature checks
  • Staff are required to sanitize or wash their hands before and after spotting and throughout their shift
  • Staff will sanitize all high touch surface areas between classes, including washrooms.

Birthday Parties

  • Parents & non participants over the age of 12 must show a vaccine passport and wear a mask at all times
  • Guests participating in the birthday party activities do not have to show proof of vaccine or wear masks during their activities although we do encourage it
  • No more than 16 people are to attend the birthday party, this includes the 13 guests.
